Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program Participation Agreement

Please read this Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program Agreement (“this Agreement”), a legal agreement that governs Propel Inc.’s (“Propel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) “Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program” (“this Program). This Agreement outlines your and our obligations and sets forth the terms of your use of the Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program.

Additionally, this Agreement supplements all previous agreements between you and Propel. This Program is part of Propel’s “Service” (as defined in the Propel Terms of Use) so your use of this Program is governed by all terms and agreements to which you have previously agreed, including but not limited, to the Propel Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the previous sentence, you specifically acknowledge that your use of this Program is subject to the disclaimers, limitation on damages, indemnity, dispute, and arbitration provisions in the Propel Terms of Use.

Propel will permit you to participate in this Program only on the condition that you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, you are ineligible to participate in this Program.

Propel reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Propel further reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in this Program at any time for any reason in Propel’s sole discretion, including without limitation if you (i) violate this Agreement; (ii) violate the Propel Terms of Use; (iii) act in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws; (iv) engage in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with your Account, thisProgram, or other services offered by Propel; (v) misuse, manufacture or otherwise fraudulently use, receive, or attempt to use or receive, a qualifying Federal Benefit or (vi) engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate use of your Account that is outside the typical usage of a bank account.

1. Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program Description

Propel’s Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program allows you to earn a one-time bonus credit (“Bonus”) upon receiving a qualifying deposit, where the Bonus will be deposited into your Providers Card account (“Account”, as defined in the Propel Terms of Use).

2. Eligibility

Any individual with an open, non-suspended Providers Card Account that agrees to this Agreement is eligible to participate in this Program. If your Account enters into a negative status (including, but not limited to being closed or suspended for any reason), you forfeit any Bonus credits that have not been claimed to your Account prior to when your Account enters into a negative status.

If you do not see a notification or offer prompting you to enroll in this Program, you may contact the Providers Card Customer Service team at 877-404-4137 to enroll.

If you do not have a Providers Card and wish to register for one, you may contact Propel at 877-404-4137 to receive access. Issuance to you of a Personalized Card is subject to successful completion of the identification verification process and receipt of the Bank’s approval. We reserve the right to deny anyone a Providers Card who is not residing in any of the states or territories in which we currently operate, based on the Providers Card Terms of Use.

3. Enrollment and Redemption

Upon accepting the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you will be automatically enrolled in the Federal Benefits One-Time Bonus Program, and the ability to earn your Bonus on an eligible deposit will be automatically activated.

To redeem your Bonus , you must receive a deposit directly from a qualifying Federal Benefits Agency into your Providers Card Account.

For a list of qualifying Federal Agencies and deposit types, see Section 4.

This deposit can be made by setting up direct deposit with the relevant federal agency via their given direct deposit enrollment and/or update process.

4. Eligible Transactions

The first deposit received from the Social Security Administration (SSA) into your Providers Card account, from the time you enrolled in the program and accepted this Agreement until the program end date of December 31, 2022, is the deposit that will activate the one-time Bonus. There are no minimum or maximum deposit amount required to qualify for the Bonus.

5. Bonus Availability

The one-time Bonus is equal to $20 USD.

The one-time Bonus will be deposited into your Providers Card account as an adjustment within 24 hours after the funds settle from the qualifying deposit.

Bonus deposits will appear as “Direct Deposit Signup Bonus” in your Providers Card Account, and will be available immediately after posting to the Account.

You may use the Bonus by any means available to you through your Providers Card Account. Your claimed Bonus will not expire, and if you close your Providers Card Account, you will have the opportunity to transfer your claimed and posted Bonus funds to an account elsewhere.
