My benefits were stolen off my EBT card. What can I do?

  1. Call the EBT Customer Service at 1-888-328-6399 immediately to report the card stolen and request a replacement card.

What is EBT card skimming and phishing?

Skimming and phishing scams are on the rise. Scammers hide skimming devices on card machines to steal your EBT information and PIN as you swipe your card, or send fraudulent texts pretending to be the government.

Does Providers protect against EBT theft?
